At Mulberry Villas & Pods, design doesn’t begin with form.
It begins with a question—how should this space feel to someone who lives in it?

The answer is rarely singular. Sometimes it’s stillness. Sometimes it’s openness. Sometimes it’s connection. And sometimes, it’s the quiet balance between what is built and what is left untouched.

The five projects we’re currently shaping explore these ideas in very different ways—each one less about architecture as an object, and more about architecture as experience.

Vantaalay Cottages begin with stillness.
A place where mornings are not dictated by time, but by light and landscape. Surrounded by greenery and gently placed along a curved path, these cottages are designed to remove urgency from everyday life. You don’t step out into the day—you ease into it.

Canopy Table explores how space can transform something as familiar as dining.
With a floating roof and open surroundings, the structure dissolves into its environment. Water, trees, and air are not elements outside the experience—they become part of it. Time stretches here, and conversations tend to linger a little longer than expected.

Nexus Lounge is shaped by connection.
Two sculptural forms face each other, creating a central space that naturally draws people in. Movement leads you to the courtyard, and once there, the boundaries between indoors and outdoors begin to blur. It’s a place where architecture doesn’t just hold people—it brings them together.

Parallel House is defined by restraint.
Two volumes run alongside each other, separated by a deliberate pause. Light enters this gap, and nature quietly follows. The result is a home that feels composed and balanced—where the space in between becomes just as important as the spaces themselves.

Nivasa Villa is about flow.
Nothing feels contained or abrupt. Spaces open into one another, light travels freely, and air moves without interruption. Designed across multiple levels, the home unfolds gradually, creating a sense of openness that is felt rather than announced.

Together, these projects reflect a shared belief: that architecture is not just about what you see, but about what you experience over time.

Because ultimately, the most meaningful spaces aren’t the ones that impress you immediately.
They’re the ones that stay with you—quietly, long after you’ve left.
