After two decades in architecture and construction, Amod and I founded Mulberry—not just a company, but to initiate a movement in experiential, sustainable architecture.

We saw a big gap—people wanted weekend homes but dreaded the long, complicated process. Finding an architect, spending months finalizing a design, then hunting for the right builder, sourcing materials at the right price—it was all too cumbersome. More often than not, they’d just shelve the idea altogether.

Through extensive user-centric research, we analyzed locations, lifestyles, and architectural typologies, tailoring each villa to enhance well-being and rejuvenation. Our approach integrates modular prefabrication, ensuring homes are efficiently built, recyclable, repurposable, and low-energy—all while maximizing returns.

With precision-driven, eco-conscious design, we set out to challenge conventional construction timelines. Understanding the modern desire for lifestyle-driven second homes, we pledged 3000 sq. ft. homes in just 120 days, eliminating the hassles of traditional building processes.
