At Mulberry Villas & Pods, no two projects begin the same way. Each starts with its landscape, its purpose, and the way people are meant to inhabit the space. What follows is not a standard design solution, but a response.
Here are five of our current creations — each distinct in form, yet united by a shared philosophy of living closer to nature.
Innovest Villa – Earthen Haven draws from earthy vernacular traditions while embracing contemporary openness. Natural finishes, expansive glazing, and a quiet garden setting create a villa where luxury is felt through stillness rather than spectacle. With decks and a private pool extending into the outdoors, it’s designed as a peaceful retreat that lets the surroundings take centre stage.
Pawna Restaurant explores what happens when architecture dissolves into its view. Set along the waterfront, glass walls, open decks, rooftop seating, and swing pods create a dining experience shaped as much by landscape as by cuisine. Rather than enclosing guests, the design invites the horizon in — turning the act of dining into something slower, more atmospheric, and deeply connected to place.
Tattva is proof that scale doesn’t define experience. This compact tropical cottage uses materiality, verandas, and landscaping to feel expansive despite its footprint. A sloped terracotta roof, alfresco shower, and deck framed by greenery create a home that is simple yet deeply intentional — a retreat designed for quiet, everyday harmony with nature.
The Glasshouse Retreat embraces transparency as its defining element. Large openings, balanced two-level planning, and spaces like a yoga deck, reading corners, and an outdoor theatre shape a villa that prioritises light, openness, and movement. Set within lush surroundings and anchored by a long private pool, it’s a home designed not just to be seen, but to be experienced through the day.
Red Carpet Pavilion shifts the focus from residence to pause. Designed as a classical garden structure with a terracotta roof and glass-lined walls, it offers a refined space for gathering, conversation, or simply stepping away from the main home. Lounge seating, a day bed, and a bar strip create an atmosphere that feels elegant yet relaxed — a small structure with a strong sense of presence.
Together, these five creations reflect the range of what Mulberry builds today: villas, retreats, hospitality spaces, and landscape-led structures. Different in scale and language, they share a single idea — that the most enduring architecture is the kind that opens outward.
